Ironbark Building and Pest conducts meticulous building inspections for homes across Brisbane to identify any defects.
Our pricing for inspections has no hidden fees. There are no additional charges for roof or ceiling inspections, or use of equipment. All prices below include GST.

Medium sized houses (up to three bedrooms, one bathroom) - $550
Large sized houses (up to four bedrooms, two bathrooms) - $570

BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE
This price guide below, can help home owners with a starting point for average prices for common home repairs and improvements we complete. For accurate pricing, a site inspection and formal quote is required.

PEST TREATMENTS
We are fully licensed pest technicians with the capabilities and resources to treat a property for any pests including termites, cockroaches, ticks, fleas, ants, spiders, and rodents.
